You're missing ~300 lines.

Tim, I believe if httpd.conf is missing it is generated from
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf.master and so if that file still exists you
should be in good shape. Unless that doesn't exist on the XTR - I don't
have access to an XTR right now.

You can always create and edit httpd.conf manually so you could get a copy
to start the process.
