Are you leaving the RaQ connected to the OSRCD machine until the "please
turn power off now" message appears in the lcd?
"tester" is the name of the "master" machine that the RaQ is looking to for
its NFS mount. If you have an interruption in network connectivity during
the OS Restore process, that could be the source of your problem.
Even if you're not disconnecting the machines, doublecheck your cable and
NIC for proper seating, etc...
