Thanks for the concern!  :)  But...

As the list admin, I'm here to answer questions about the list, and that is
why I stated to the list that I can be contacted in that manner.  I also
wanted to state that it should be off-list so that people get in the habit
of taking _some_ things off-list (thereby making the rest of you at least a
little happier!)

Note to all, though: -- Several people have already seemed to misinterpret
what I said as my stating I will provide personal help off-list.  Sorry, I
don't have the time to do that, nor is it in my job description, and I'd
have a lot of explaining to do if the things I _am_ supposed to do didn't
get done because I was providing Level 2/3 escalation support to random end
customers.  As much as I'd like to help everyone directly myself, I can't.
And that is why we have this list, so you can ask other knowledgeable
people if you don't care to pay for support directly from Sun.

So continue to send your opinions, comments, grips, complaints, etc, about
THE LIST to me off-line.  Continue to send your questions about why your
logs aren't processing, sendmail isn't delivering, etc to the list  (or
call 800-526-0484 and have your credit card handy).  :)
