Press Alt+F5 to get a login prompt. If you login as user 'root' it should
take you straight to the shell prompt.

Press Alt+F8 to monitor BOOTP/DHCP/NFS etc during the process. This will
tell you if the OSRCD PC/laptop is getting the BOOTP request from the RaQ
being rebuilt, and if it is handing an IP address back to it, etc. If this
isn't happening, the most common problem is a non-compatible NIC in the
OSRCD laptop/PC.

Also, the OSRCD does need to write some logs, etc, while it works. That's
accomplished via a RAM disk, which is accessible if you log in using the
Alt+F5 listed above. /tmp and/or /var (I forget which) for the OSRCD is
mounted on a RAM disk.
