Are there any entries in /etc/mail/aliases.majordomo?

Majordomo is NOT a daemon; it never just runs. It's called by
individual emails as they come in; the piping of the emails to majordomo
is controlled by entries in /etc/amil/aliases.majordomo.

majordomo.cf should NOT be in /etc; it should be in
/usr/local/majordomo.

It shouldn't be.

As I've mentioned, it's called by individual emails, through aliasing in
/etc/mail/aliases.majordomo.
There should NOT be an entry in /etc/rc.d/init.d.

I'll do it in a moment, offlist, from my admin account, direct to your
email address.
