If you need it, install it.  Not knowing what you want to admin with it,
I can't tell you how it'll interfere with your Cobalt Qube3 Pro.  But in
general, the Cobalt line stores configurations in a database file.  If
you make changes to the underlying configuration files without using the
Qube's administrative gui (which is exactly what webmin does) then the
Cobalt gui won't know about those changes, and will overwrite all your
changes the next time you use it.

I'm not famliar with exactly what does and doesn't break when using
admin with a Qube3; perhaps if someone else here does, they'll respond
with details.
