[cobalt-users] Cannot Send to user@xxxxxxxxxx

I trying to send email to a user on my RAQ4 I get the following error back:

 user@xxxxxxxxxx on Thu, 6 Jun 2002 05:31:46 +0100
    Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure
	The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=us;a= ;p=i-nap
ltd;l=I-NAP10206060431LJX4VK6A
    MSEXCH:IMS:I-Nap Ltd:I-NAP:I-NAP1 3902 (000B09AA) Host Unknown

Regardless is sent to an alias or a user of the domain. In looking through
the support site on Sun I checked the DNS and its fine.

Support conflicts on including the virtual site domain name in the 'email
server alias' field, tried both ways no luck

Support also mentions selecting all this virtual site to receive email - I
do not have that field in site mgmt screen

I also tried putting the virtual domain in the  Relay for the following
Hosts/Domains field found in server mgmt as support mentioned but that did
not work either.

Right now the virtual domain is not in either and still not working.
