Ahh, but they do, see 'Tera-bytes' Plan B' they are only promising burst
rate,
at the 10m/s burst, sustained for say, 25% of the time, you will be
well over the 500G range,(Saturated, that would put you in roughly the
3000G range) so they are doing just what they said. They
do not say however, that you will get anything at all at any given time
of day. That's what the pricier options are.
My guess is they are selling the 'inbetween' bandwidth at a discount...
