Repeating disclaimer: IANAL

But a BMW is a consumer product, and covered by the Magnuson-Moss
Act. A Cobalt is a commercial product, and appears (to me) not
to be covered.

Then again, one has Sherman and Clayton and... well, IANAL.
Anyone know more about this than I?

certainly here in the UK (and europe) sun / cobalt can claim anything they want, the law they have to provide a 12 month warranty...

as to the stupid spares prices are quite insane RMA-the-entire-server-only policy, it's no wonder everyone I know here is moving as fast as they can to migrate away... FYI a new XTR here retails in excess of 3,000 sterling, some US$4,400 at current rates
