No it isn't. Real traffic is bursty. Moving 500 GB/mo typically
will involve peaks around 4 to 5 Mbps. A 1.5 Mbps pipe will
sustain around 150-200 GB/mo, depending on traffic patterns.
Rough estimates from empirical data. YMMV.
