Thanks for the ideas people.  In looking through what everyone is saying, it 
appears I have everything setup correctly.  I set up each site in the gui 
and the email aliases are different from any usernames I am using.

The problem seems to be with the way cobalt is putting the aliases in the 
/etc/mail/virtualuserstable.  For each alias I enter, I see.. 
alias@xxxxxxxxxxxx user.  I don't think the "www" should be in there.  I'm 
not entering the "www" when I add the alias.  I just add the alias name by 
itself.
