That is what I was saying. You apparently have it set up for www and "no host" with the domainname.com. If they are moving the ability to access the web server to another machine and want to view pages using domainname.com and www.domainname.com, then the mail server needs a new name. The most common I guess is "mail". It would have to be set up in the dns with the mx record. The Raq2 would have to also be changed to reflect the change. Someone with a Raq2 would be a better help there. And yes, everyone would have to change the mail server names as you stated.
