Is the website moving to another server or just ip address?
If the website is moving to another server, you will need an MX record to point to your server and the rest of the dns records to point to the other server. You will have to change the host name of the mail server from www to something like mail. Everyone will have to change their email to reflect the new server name. I am sure if you answer the first question you will get some more indepth and correct replies.
