[cobalt-users] gui site list, email and dns problems

I had a tidy up session on my Raq4, deleting several domains that are no
longer required along with their dns entries. Then when I tried to modify a
site using the control panel I got a not found error. Following the
instructions on Cobalt's site I rebuilt the site list in the gui, that
worked fine.

The next thing was that all the email aliases for every site had gone, so I
re-entered all these manually. The email seems to work ok now.

Current problem is that before I realised that the site list was not working
I deleted an 'A' record in the dns, now when I try to re-create it I get the
following error 'www.mydomain.net is already defined as xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx'.
which it is not.

Could anyone tell me what is out of sync and how to fix it as I cannot find
anything on the web.
