Did you get this post? If so, then you're already getting email from
somewhere else.

If you're hosting his DNS then what you want to do is set up something
like pop.hisdomain.com pointing to the IP# of the machine that will be
receiving email for him, then creating a high-priority MX record
pointing to that url. You should not have any MX records pointing to
your RaQ for this domain unless you want to be a backup mailserver in
case his primary email server goes down.
