Huh? Get email or have mail hosted by another server? All you would do
is setup MX records to point mail.domain.com to another host.

e.g., mail.domain.com -->  siteurl.everyone.net
domain.com   mail is sent to the Very-High priority mail server
sitemail.everyone.net

etc.
