you steal my car once it is enough, you steal my bandwidth / cpu / spool

I have yet to see one of these "innocent" offenders do what any real
innocent would do, which is apologise profusely WHILE opening the wallet to
ask how much are reparations.
One complaint should not, and will not be grounds for my
company to totally suspend service.
1 substantiated complaint has always been and always will be grounds for
instant termination here, with no refund, with a bill for cleanup to follow
in due course... and strangely enough I have never had a user make a
mistake and accidentally spam anyone yet...
Just like my earlier post about a
company accusing me of allowing spamming, which it turns out was not me,
then way Dan and some others seem to be mindset on is, stop service, then
talk to the client.
no, stop service, then bill the ex client
Glad I don't colo or have have clients on your boxes.
One misguided email and Bam, of line I go.
one spam.... nothing misguided about it.....
