Last night I set farnaam@xxxxxxxxxxx to "nomail" so that he would stop 
receiving mail from this list. This doesn't seem to have alleviated the 
problem, so I just now unsubscribed him.

FYI, Sun corporate doesn't even really care about these lists. I am a 
volunteer -- I no longer work in the Cobalt division, but I happened to 
have the password because I used to be one of the people maintaining the 
server that housed the list. Sun would prefer that you use the 
discussion forums for support, but I prefer the mailing list 
architecture for a variety of reasons.

If you are unhappy with regards to spam sent to the list, FIRST email me 
and I will take care of the problem as soon as I can. Second, consider 
subscribing to the digest version of the mailing list.

I try to respond to emails as quickly as possible, but I cannot give 
this list a high priority because it is not part of my day-to-day job.
