I think it may be that there's no reverse setup for the IPs. Do you see
the same error for 209.208.81.157? That IP alone appears to work. I get
a page that looks like it wants to redirect me to your site at that IP,
but it doesn't work. 

http://209.208.33.193/ gives me a site, but it's not rewriting to
www.domain.com as I would expect on a RaQ.

http://209.208.81.157/ tries to redirect to
http://crestcommunication.com. Is that site setup in the server? If it
is, I don't see why the server isn't responding since the DNS appears
correct.

Under the site settings for www.crestcommunication.com do you have Web
Server Aliases and Email Server Aliases for crestcommunication.com? Is
the host name www?
