I think it may be that there's no reverse setup for the IPs. Do you see
the same error for 209.208.81.157? That IP alone appears to work. I get
a page that looks like it wants to redirect me to your site at that IP,
but it doesn't work.
http://209.208.33.193/ gives me a site, but it's not rewriting to
www.domain.com as I would expect on a RaQ.

http://209.208.81.157/ tries to redirect to
http://crestcommunication.com. Is that site setup in the server? If it
is, I don't see why the server isn't responding since the DNS appears
correct.
