Had a similar thing, only on one occasion though with a RAQ4R after
installing one patch about 6 months ago. For me it was simply a RAID
rebuild in progress that took about 25mins to complete before the RAQ
completed its reboot. I had hard rebooted it twice before I noticed what
was going on.
