Re: [cobalt-users] secondary DNS server



The whole point of a secondary DNS server is to automatically mirror the
Primary.  That way, you only enter the info in one time, and there is not as
large a chance of discrepency (from a typo, or a change, etc.)

 I would suggest you delete all the secondary that you already entered in,
and find a good resource on DNS in book or Internet form.  You need to get
the basics down before you start serving your own.

After you do that (but I'm betting you'll skip that step if you're anything
like me) you'll want to go to your Cobalt's GUI, and select the DNS section.
Then select Add Secondary Nameservice for Domain.  Pop in the domain.com and
the IP address of the Primary that you're using, click Update List, and
you're done.
