Sounds like you are in deep doo-doo.
You asked for any suggestion,
Have the service techs at your co-lo connect to the console port
and read the log files to determine what is wrong?
And / Or / Else
Have the service-techs do a restore???
Big-Bucks, I know, but why else do you think co-lo fees and renting a RaQ are
so cheap....
The money is in the service!!!!
