[cobalt-users] Raq4R & Apache Update 1.0.1

Well.. HELP! !

Installed the Apache 1.0.1 update on our RAQ4R server and now the only sign
of life is on the LCD display and by pinging it.

We are unable to get to any web sites on the unit let alone the Admin web
interface.  Stupidity must rule since we had previously had the FTP & Telnet
services disabled so of course we are unable to access the box remotely via
telnet.

Can anyone assist in helping or pointing us in the right direction to
correct this problem quickly??  Please!!

FYI - The server is collocated so it is not physically available to us
currently.  Also we have had the tech at the Co-location site reboot the
server twice now with no better results.

Any input or assistance would be appreciated..
