I think the biggest thing here is whether you have added anything to your Raq.

I do not run and php or mysql type items (I have not updated php above the 
4.06 that was installed - makes a difference)
I do have ssh, ipchains, portsentry running.

I only had one problem and it was with a manual file.  I have not had any 
other problems.

By the way, there are three newer updates since then.
