Please see my response a moment ago to Dan as for our rationale, and if
you'd comment, I'd appreciate it.
I'd also appreciate your comments on how you set up backup.com; we've
done it before, but have never been happy that we're doing it most
effectively. I'd love to see someone else's ideas.

Sounds good. We tell them to set their clients to their own ISP's smtp
server to send email; it seems to result in less technical support as
more and more ISPs block direct access to other smtp servers besides
their own.

I didn't say there's a problem. I said it's more efficient.
