RedHat is free. Plesk isn't. The 30-site version is $199, the 300-site
version is $599.
so add $600 for the Plesk license, and you're at $1,000. And there's an
annual support contract if you want support.
And it's got limitations, just like Cobalt. Cobalt you know, Plesk you
don't.
I'm NOT knocking Plesk; It's an excellent package; my ex-partner runs
thousands of sites with it. Just don't think it's the greatest thing
since sliced bread... do your homework.
