Well, what if I install a patch from another source of SUN and it
makes the Cobalt go down. This means a problemn for me, because I
can't get to the Cobalt to look at it myself, I only have remote
access to it. If there are serious problems with it I think SUN must
fix it, but because something that isn't theirs caused it, they will
not do it under warranty I think.
I aint the owner of the server I am talking about, I am just someone
who is hired to do some security on it. The owner himself wil not know
what to do if something happens which I can't fix.
Anyone have any thoughts about what is best to do for me?
