Well, in my case (and it sure might have been coincidence)
the RaQ4 that first refused a perfectly good message sent to it
stopped doing that right after adding aliases for email domains.

Again, changing and adding a few (even bogus) email-alias hosts
to the domain that should accept mail as it has always done before
seemed to have done the trick for the RaQ I had this problem with.
