The two DNS entries under "network" are quite important. But the DNS
section under "enable name server" (or whatever it is) is totally
unnecessary and you shouldn't have it set up unless you're running your
RaQ as a DNS server. And frankly, anyone who doesn't know if they're
running or should be running a DNS server really needs to learn a little
more.
1) the DNS your RaQ uses for resolution has NOTHING to do with the DNS
your run on your system to be authoritative for domains.
2) A good book on what you need to know to be an ISP or hosting company
is "ISP Survival Guide", published by Wiley.
