You need to put secondary records (and NO primary records) for each
domain into your Raq interface, including the IP# of the primary
(Windows2000) DNS server.
AND
You need to tell the Windows2000 DNS server it's okay to send
zone-transfers to the RaQ. This is the step I don't know how to do on
the Windows box.

Via ftp. But then you can't use the RaQ gui for DNS, or it will erase
your work.
