Yes, especially if your server is a mail server.

   Domain Name: KENKUNZ.COM
   Registrar: NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC.
   Whois Server: whois.networksolutions.com
   Referral URL: http://www.networksolutions.com
   Name Server: NS1.KENDE.COM
   Name Server: NS2.KENDE.COM
   Updated Date: 31-jan-2002
>>> Last update of whois database: Tue, 26 Mar 2002 05:23:07 EST <<<

dig ns1.kende.com 216.40.214.38 NOERROR
dig ns2.kende.com 216.40.214.236 NOERROR
dig @ns1.kende.com kenkunz.com 216.40.214.38 NOERROR
dig @ns2.kende.com kenkunz.com 216.40.214.38 NOERROR
dig 216.40.214.38 NXDOMAIN (reverse is broke)

Use dig!!! not nslookup (nslookup will not work if reverse is not working)
Your nameserver looks OK, but you might check on reverse! 216.40.214.38
