[cobalt-users] Difference between RAQ4r models?

I am wondering about the differences between several of the RAQ4r models. I
am looking at at this model number, but several sites show it as
discontinued.

CBTR46H60RIU
RAQ4r 450mhz 512MB 2-30GB drives.
This seems to be a older discontinued model, but not sure when it was
discontinued.

The new model numbers seem to end in RIM and it looks like the 30GB drives
are no longer offered.

I am wondering is there are any other hardware changes in the new models
other than the amount of RAM and HD size?

Does anyone have a matrix that shows all model numbers and specs, both
current and discontinued? I couldn't really find anything at cobalt.com
