I thought someone was saying that it took 30 minutes to boot-up and he always
has to make sure he rebooted in off hours

NO! they are new RaQ4rs
But when you put RaQ4r software on a RaQ3i you have a RaQ4r
Where did you get the drive mounting bracket?
