If you're answering for the first point, well we all make mistakes late
at night; I make plenty of them at all hours <wry grin>.

If you're answering for the question, your answer may very well be fine
as a "yes"; it WAS a question, not meant to be a reproach.

The main advantage to using your RaQ for your customers resolving needs
is that new sites will work immediately for them.  However, that's a
one-time advantage, though a good one <smile>.
