I have experienced this error too and it seemed to be from the following
situation;
I was logged into NeoMail under one id and attempted to login with another
id at the same time on the same box. Neomail uses cookies to keep track of
when a user logs into it. By attempting to login  again under a different
id, but on the same machine...NeoMail trampled on the cookie of the first
session. I stopped trying to do multiple logins on the same box and have not
seen the error since.
