Hmmm, pardon my pointy-headedness, but how would I go about doing that?

Well, one reason could be that were numerous visitors to his site, all
calling the cgi at the same time...since it's a pig, two or more of
it(them) could really slow things down...and then any other processes
could come to a screeching halt.
I saw at one point his script was using 23 per cent of the CPU, which
seems real large....would be nice to put a cap on his use.
