Skip ulimit[*] limiting, then. You could limit process runtime,
but not how much CPU time each process uses. I'm actually not
too fond of Linux under load... my guess is that he'd still choke
the system.
[*] ulimit is correct. Not sure why I said uname at first. Duh.
No, 100+ instances of a poorly-written CGI are way beyond what a
RaQ can handle. Until Linux has more setrlimit(2) knobs, you're
best off moving this guy to another system.
