Greetings -

I've operated a webhosting business since 1995 on NT servers.  Today I
installed my first departure from NT boxes - I took a "chance" and dropped
all of $400 on a clean, used Raq server to get my feet wet.  As it happens,
it's going right into production, as one of my old faithfulls just dropped
offline.  How convenient!

I must say, I'm quite taken.  The little thing just plugs in and goes.  How
easy is that!?

I wanted to take a moment to make a quick introduction, and apologize in
advance in case I ask some pretty dumb questions as I get aclimated.
Hopefully, I'll be in the position to answer newbie questions in short
order.
