[cobalt-users] Strange FrontPage files showing up

I have a user who has 10MB allocated to him on my server for his domain. He has FP
extensions installed for the main web. I have no experience with FP. Anytime he adds
FP extensions to a user web he gets these huge files showing up that take up most of
the 10MB I gave him. The files are as follows...

/users/name/web/_vti_bin/FPcount.exe
/users/name/web/_vti_bin/shtml.exe
/users/name/web/_vti_bin/vti_aut/author.exe

When he deletes these files in an FTP program, they keep coming back. Are these files
normal? What are they, and why do they take up so much space?
