-rwxr-xr-x 1 nobody site20 546017 Feb 5 22:32 fpcount.exe
-rwxr-xr-x 1 nobody site20 546017 Feb 5 22:32 shtml.exe
-rwxr-xr-x 1 nobody site20 546017 Feb 5 22:32 author.exe

fpcount is a counter, he probably has a counter on one of his pages.
author and shtml will come back all the time
10 MB is small for a FP site, sell him 20, or tell him to quit using FP
