The Qube's SMTP server is attempting to use DNS to autenticate the user.
You either need to turn lookups off in the Qubes' sendmail configuration or
allow DNS port 53 for the Qube.

Those are the Qubes firewall, since you are using a corporate firewall for
the network the qube is on, you probably don't need the qubes firewall.
