It's likely that you haven't been delegated authority to control reverse DNS
for your IPs. As a result your PTR records aren't being used. You should
ask your hosting provider (or whoever controls the IPs) to setup reverse DNS
for your IPs or delegate authority to you so you can do so yourself.
