Hello Fadel,

That is usually a DNS issue. Verify your DNS settings for that machine.
Also, install the SSH package at http://Pkgmaster.com and turn off Telnet! Telnet is very insecure and will get you hacked quicker than anything!
I just explained, in a post with subject labelled "RE: RaQ3 Backup," a complete description about how to install the SSH package and turn off Telnet.
