[cobalt-users] email aliases on RaQ not working - "user unknown"... and now MX loop problem

Which is a catch-22 situation, since you can't do both! And either 
way the problem remains - I can send email to the user "phil" but not 
to his alias "sales". I get a

550 5.1.1 <sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... User unknown

So I've played with DNS for a bit, and now I get

553 5.3.5 mail.carnetonlinelimited.co.uk. config error: mail loops 
back to me (MX problem?)

And am therefore totally confused as to what is wrong!

Can anyone help?
