Yup - It's happening to me as well.  POP before Relay Unchecked.
Short list of "relay for this IP"  but I get the "check mail first" message.

This does appear to be a bug after OS2 update.

Its a little worse for me in that despite configuring Outlook Express for
the Mac to log on first with the same userid and pass as the incoming mail
server, and I am left to manually POP it.  Any ideas folks because if I
can't get a fix quick, I would like some info as to how to uninstall POP
before Relay
