There's no such thing as a risk-free RaQ. There's no such thing as
risk-free FrontPage Extensions. In fact there's no such thing as a
risk-free internet server or service of any type.
That said, lots of people host Front Page Extensions on RaQ3s.

There's a whole bunch. Some of us offer them as services; as they're
quite extensive.
