Try installing it from the commandline.  You may see error messages when you
use that method.

If you're going to install it from source and haven't looked at
Squirrelmail, I'd advise comparing both before deciding to go with NeoMail.

I shied away from Squirrelmail because it required PHP3 and I don't presently have a need for it. Should I bite that bullet? It looks as though there is an easily installed pkg on ftp.nl.cobalt. If it is little effort, may go that route.
I may reconsider. The Neomail pkg installed like a charm on a RaQ4 here. I have that install to compare and should have little or no trouble getting it on the RaQ3 now.
