i  have  a  t1  and it has ip's - to me that's my network? so i have a
raq4  i  am  setting  up  to  replace  a  machine  running  apache and
post.office  (a  browser  admin email software, which has been good to
me)  which  obviously  relay's  no  matter  what it's settings.  maybe
that's  why  they  don't  sell  it  anymore.

i have a 255 ip block from sprint, that's what i think my network is?
