IPs local to where?  If they're your network, then just set your RaQ to
relay for them.  If they're really your IP#s, on your network, that's
not a problem.

If they're NOT on your network, that's where the problem arises.

What's your network?  Well for starters, it's determined by your IP# and
your netmask.
