Was the DOMAIN.COM in the NS.DOMAIN.COM originally registered via Internic
or Netsol and then moved to Bulk Register? I've found that NSI still lists
themselves as the registrar even though I moved a domain to Dotster. They
even tried to bill me for domain renewals on the moved domains. (Probably
considered fraud in some jurisdictions.)
